Shipping Information

Using our US Priority 2-4 Business Day option orders within the United States over $100.00 are shipped FREE via USPS with orders under $100.00 incurring a flat rate of $5.95 per order.
Returns made with free shipping option will incur a $5.95 shipping charge if total falls below $100.00

International Express arrives within 4 to 6 business days while International arrives within 12 to 21 business days. As required by law, all customs paperwork will include the contents of your order as well as the amount you paid for the items. Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

When You Can Expect to Receive Your Order

In stock items usually ship the between 3-7 business days.

Pre-Order items usually ship about 3-4 weeks.

Orders are NOT shipped on Saturday, Sunday or US Holidays.

US Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) usually arrives within 2-4 days after the order leaves our store.(excluding Sunday and Holidays)

Sizing

We carry a wide range of apparel by different designers. If you are unsure of the size to order, please feel free to contact us at service@californiachicboutique.com

Order Cancellations

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We request that any cancellations be made within 4 hours of order placement.

Gift Wrap

All orders are shipped in tissue paper and silver seal. This makes for a very nice presentation. A small gift card can be added too. Please indicate what you would like the card to say under the Comments section of the order form. There is NO additional charge for this service.

Returns/Exchanges

• We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges! Please contact us to process a return correctly. Must be within 14 days of delivery.

• Original tags must be attached.

• Clothing must be in new condition.

• Please contact us at service@californiachicboutique.com to receive your personal exchange authorization number.

• Once the return authorization number is issued, promptly ship item(s). We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.

• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the original order received free shipping and the total falls below $100 after the return a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

• An authorization number is required on exchanges. Please make the request to service@californiachicboutique.com. You will receive an authorization number with instructions.

Please allow up to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
